Here is where the Cool and Culpeper are one in the same...
Soap Box Derby of Culpeper

This has become a fantastic event with over 100 entries to compete. The big race this year was June 23, 2007 next to Yowell Meadow Park. The town actually closed down the end of Blue Ridge Avenue (the best hill in town) to race on. What a treat to watch the finely detailed cars staged among the historic architecture and early century homes of Blue Ridge Avenue.
Culpeper Talent has placed in regional and National Level Racing.... Go Culpeper Derby Racers !!!!!!!!

The Graffiti House
Civil War Soldiers Graffiti is actually preserved on the inside of the house.
The house just happens to be very close to where the largest calvary battle
of the Civil War occurred - the Brandy Station Battlefield. Truly solemn ground.
